Let's get it started!

OK, now that the NJSIAA has declared a start date for TEAM training, let's get some solid plans made and get workouts going.

*Note all the stuff below. Check back for updates/changes

THIS WEEK: Run 5 days. Here's an example you can base your training on.
Mon- 30 min easy, good stretch, Core exercises
Tues- 15 min at 65% effort, 15 min at 75% effort, 15 min at 85% effort (45 min total)
Wed- HIIT workout: 3x20 jumping jax, 30 second recovery; 3x 15 push ups, 30 second recovery; 3x20 mountain climbers, 30 second recovery; 3x20 glute bridges, 30 second recovery
Thur- 45 min easy run, stretch, 8x100m (20 seconds) @ 85%
Fri- good warm up; 20 min run at 85%; jog down and stretch
Sat- 60 min run easy

*Each of the next 2 weeks add 5 min to each run

JULY 13, Monday- 8:30am to 10:30, at CRHS Tennis Courts
JULY 14, Tuesday- 8:30-10:30 at CRHS Tennis Courts
JULY 16, Thursday- 8:30am to 10:30, at CRHS Tennis Courts
JULY 18, Saturday- 8:30-10:30 at Parvin's Beach Entrance
