Tuesday - Intra squad 5k. Meet 2:30; race 4pm; finished 5pm

Wednesday - off

Thursday - No TEAM practice. Do a warm up and stretch at home

Friday - practice 9am -- pre race warm up (AJ, like I said to you guys on Tuesday, we are conducting this practice at CRHS. If you plan to go to Parvin's first, be sure to leave early enough to get back to the school by 9am)

Saturday, 11/7- Race at the Logan Twp Dream Park

    *Bus leaves CR EARLY - 7:15am

    JV Race, 9am - Holt, Miguel, Rodriguez, Mazza, 

    Varsity 10am - DelCollo, Bullock

    Varsity Girls, 10:30am - Hudson, Cruz-Garcia

11/17- Sectional Championship (Colton & Candice only), at the Dream Park

    G2 Girls - 9am

    G2 Boys - 9:25am
