 Monday, 9/28- 2:30 till 4:30

Tuesday, 9/29- 2:15 meet for pics at 2:30. After pics we will do a light workout, so have clothes necessary. Practice will end at 4:30

*You must wear a facemask to line up. You can remove your mask for the pic.

We are to meet in front of the Tennis Courts at 2:15pm.

Athletes must arrive in uniform.  Ask them to wear clothing underneath so they can remove the uniforms for practice afterwards.  Their forms must either be done online or handed to the photographers so remember to hand them out ahead of time.


Wednesday, 9/30- Meet day: Arrive 2:30; Race at 3:30; Go home 5pm


Thursday- off (recovery workout at home)


Friday- 2:45-5pm

9/21 UPDATE

This week... 

We will meet at CRHS for practice Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. You are to take off Wednesday (just do a warm up and stretch). We will practice each day 2:45pm till 5pm.

For Friday you will be given a workout that you are to do at home.

On Saturday we will practice at Parvin's from 8:30-10:15


NOTE: Pictures are scheduled for Tuesday, September 29. Pick up a form at practice for your orders.

10/7, Wednesday - v Highland, at Highland, leave CRHS at 2:15pm

10/13, Tuesday - v Triton, at CRHS, 4pm start

10/21, Wednesday - v Deptford, at CRHS, 4pm start

10/27, Tuesday - v Delsea, at Delsea, leave 2:30pm
