We need to get started for the Fall High School racing season.
TEAM training sessions will begin on Thursday, 7/8. You should begin now by running daily! (do easy runs, drills and stretching)
July TEAM Training Schedule (beginning 7/8):
*Be sure to bring a drink
Tuesday's -- 8:30-10am at the Bridgeton Park. Drop off at the Zoo Parking Lot. Meet at the picnic tables next to the Splash Park. Warm up, total body strengthening drills with short runs in between
Thursday's -- 6:30-8pm at CRHS. Meet by the Weight Room door. Warm up, running drills, short interval running
Saturday's -- 8:30-10am at Parvin's Beach entrance. Warm up, then long easy running.
*If you are unable to attend a TEAM Training session be sure to do the workout on your own.
