Yes - You need your sweats!

 Beginning today and for the rest of the season, be sure to wear your sweats to practice and meets. The temperatures are cooling. At practice we will use sweats to warm up best. Even if you think you don't need them, sweats provide what is necessary for muscle preparation in warm up.
