Tuesday - because there was no meet we did a warm up, then 3x 1200 meters, then a cool down.
Wednesday - no TEAM practice. You should take a nap after school, do a warm up and an easy 15 minute jog, then stretch.
Thursday - Practice till 5pm. A long easy run.
Friday - Varsity 6 trip to Hammonton to workout on course for next TCC Meet (Tuesday).
*Those of you not traveling with Varsity should do a 30 min run and 8 build ups
Saturday - 8:30-10:15 at Parvin State Park
