Summer Training
Plan:
Supervised summer workout sessions built around the concept,
"You've got to train, to
train."
During July we will emphasize total body fitness and training
disciplines related to hydration, diet, muscle management and sleep for
recovery. Run training will focus on for endurance by the method of progressive
adaptation. There will be Weight Room activities for running related strength
development (weight lifting, circuit drills and muscle maintenance stretching).
Summer Training
Schedule:
Beginning Thursday, 6/27, through Saturday, 8/3
–
Tuesday's and Thursday's at CRHS, 8:30am-10:15;
Saturday's at Parvin’s (Beach Entrance) 8:30am-10:15.
*Athletes will be required to workout one additional day per
week on their own, as per website instructions.
8/12 till start of school -- M,Tu, Th, F at CRHS, 8:30-10:30;
Saturday's at Parvin's, 8:30-10:30
