HERE WE GO! (Note change -- Sat moved to Fri night)

It's GAME ON! Gov Murphy says NJ high school Athletics should be a GO. The NJSIAA (governing body of high school sports) has announced starting dates  for Fall, Winter & Spring sports. Conferences are meeting and establishing schedules.

Training schedule for this week:

Tuesday, 8/25, at the Zoo, 8:30-10:15

Thursday, 8/27, at CRHS (Aux Gym), 8:30-10:15

Friday, 8/28, at Parvin's, 6:30pm-7:45 (sundown)

Sunday, August 16, 2020

August 18, 20 & 22

Again this week we will meet Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday -- 8:30-10:15.
Tuesday we will meet at the Bridgeton Park, at the Zoo Parking Lot, and walk over to the picnic tables on the other side of the Splash Park, where we will meet to discuss the workout.

On Thursday we will meet at crhs.

On Saturday we will meet at Parvin's Beach Entrance

*In case of inclement weather check here 1hr prior to the scheduled workout to see if there is a cancellation.

NOTE: Please bring a school required COVID form to each practice.
Masks are required as we gather and for our meeting. You can then remove your mask as we workout. Social distancing is the rule AND you must provide your own water.

NOTE:

You will likely hear about different scenarios for your educational process this fall. In classroom physically and virtual learning online are both options. Different phases of scheduling is another topic. There are other things/possibilities schools (including CRHS) are debating.

BE AWARE... The NJSIAA is permitting schools that begin the school year entirely virtual to take part in athletic competitions -- AND CRHS is developing a plan for this possibility. ALSO, area coaches are working on a plan to provide local races for you, in the event that the NJSIAA backs out.

*There is still a lot of time before school is scheduled to begin and a lot to be decided.

HANG IN THERE!

Training 8/3 through... READ CAREFULLY

Monday, 8/3 - 8:30-10:15 at the CRHS Tennis Courts
Beginning this week there are new protocol we are all required by the State to follow.

We will also practice Thursday 8:30-10:15 at the Bridgeton Park, and Saturday at Parvin's.
*In case of inclement weather check this site for an update noting postponement/cancelation.

Here's a note I received from the Athletic Director:
Let your athletes know....Students should plan to arrive and be picked up in the student parking lot behind the building. Masks should be on when they arrive. Stay in their cars until they are checked in. All documents should be filled out upon arrival so all we have to do is scan their temperature and send them to you to start putting them in pods.
