10/19, Monday- Practice 2:30-4:30pm
Tuesday- Short practice, 2:30-3:30.
NOTE: We will be doing a pre-race warm up. IF you have ride issues (you can't get a ride home at 3:30, THEN you are to do the workout at home.
Wednesday- MEET at CR, verses Deptford. Gather 2:30; race 4:15
Thursday- No Team practice. You are to do a recovery workout at home.
Friday- 2:30 till 5pm
Saturday- 8:30-10:15 at Parvin's

9/30, Wednesday - v Schalick, at CRHS, 3:30pm start
10/7, Wednesday - v Highland, at Highland, leave CRHS at 2:15pm
10/13, Tuesday - v Triton, at CRHS, 4pm start
10/21, Wednesday - v Deptford, at CRHS, 4:15pm start
10/27, Tuesday - v Delsea, at Delsea, leave 2:30pm
