Yes - You need your sweats!

 Beginning today and for the rest of the season, be sure to wear your sweats to practice and meets. The temperatures are cooling. At practice we will use sweats to warm up best. Even if you think you don't need them, sweats provide what is necessary for muscle preparation in warm up.

Monday - Practice till 5pm

Tuesday - TCC Batch Meet at Salem Co Vo Tech, Woodstown. Early dismissal 2:05 - Report to SERA teacher then get to Locker Room/Bus asap; Eat your snack on the Bus. The Bus leaves at 2:30pm. We will return to CR approximately 6:45pm

    All 23 TCC Teams race together. We score against Highland and Deptford.

    Varsity Boys- 4:15; Varsity Girls- 4:45; Non-Varsity B/G runners- 5:15
