Coach Bagley will be away 8/18-29, (out of the country, unreachable, without internet) due to unforeseen circumstances regarding his work.
*It is VERY IMPORTANT that you TRAIN during this time and that you attend practices sessions as scheduled, 8/30 - 9/9, so that you can meet State requirements in time to participate in the first competition, 9/10, The Cherokee Challenge.

*1x the big loop, then rest 5 min. 3x the short loop, with 3 min rest between each; 20 min cool down run
